Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions:

Returns

• You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it.

• The return shipping fee is €1.50, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

• The product must be in almost original condition, meaning:

  • Not worn or used

  • Free from stains, damage, or other signs of wear.

  • With original tags and packaging (if applicable)

Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will process your refund (minus the €1.50 return fee).

• Refunds will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

• Products that do not meet the above conditions (e.g., stained, damaged, or worn items) are not eligible for a return or refund.

• Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
