Pre-order Model

EPHEMERES pieces are created on a made-to-order basis.
Each collection is available for two weeks through pre-order. Once this window closes, we begin production — ensuring no overstock, no waste, and a focus on intentional creation.

By purchasing a pre-order, you’re securing your piece before it’s made.


Production & Delivery Timeline

  • Pre-order period: 2 weeks
  • Production time: approximately 2–3 weeks after pre-order time closes

  • Estimated delivery: within 1 weeks from the end of production

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package.


Shipping Details

We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as Fedex and DHL.
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.
The details are shown on the product page.


Cancellations & Returns

All EPHEMERES products are made to order.

  • Orders can be cancelled only during the pre-order period.

  • Once production begins, cancellations and refunds are no longer possible.

  • Returns are accepted only in the case of damaged or defective items upon arrival.

  1. Order confirmation after purchase

  2. Production update once pre-orders close

  3. Shipping confirmation with tracking once your piece is on its way


Payments

All payments are handled securely through trusted providers such as iDEAL, PayPal, and major credit cards.
